CHORUS is developed and operated as a community-driven platform, and it is deployed by different institutions and research communities, each running its own environment with locally defined governance, datasets, tools, and support processes. While the core CHORUS platform follows the same security, privacy, and Trusted Research Environment principles everywhere, each deployment reflects the needs, regulations, and scientific focus of its local community and maintains its own dedicated documentation.
Deployments
CHORUS.HIP is dedicated to neuroscience and neuroimaging research, enabling secure access to clinical imaging data, electrophysiology, and multimodal datasets.
CHORUS.CHUV is the CHUV-wide deployment supporting biomedical research and AI development across all clinical and research domains.
